[Taiwan] TIPO launches "Fast-Track Examination" on trademark applications

　　The Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO) announces launch of "Fast-Track Examination" on trademark applications that meet following requirements:
  1. Application for mark in word, figure and combination thereof
  2. Specification of goods/services must be in compliance with what are listed in the stipulated list of goods/services in the TIPO system
  3. Application must be submitted through e-filing system
  4. If an agent is appointed, a Power of Attorney must be presented at the time of filing
　　If an application is eligible for this examination, it will be automatically examined under this mechanism without any fee or specific request and the examination will be accelerated by 2 months. For details, please visit: https://lnkd.in/guE5BUh
